Voorgerecht: Tartaar van Rode Biet (Beet Boost)
Mooi fijn gesneden rode bietjes met een crème van burrata, een krokant van geroosterde hazelnoten en basilicumolie.

Wat het doet voor je lichaam:

RODE BIET – rijk aan nitraten die in je lichaam worden omgezet naar stikstofmonoxide, wat je bloedvaten ontspant en je doorbloeding en zuurstoftoevoer naar spieren en hersenen verbetert. Goed voor energie en uithoudingsvermogen.

BURRATA – bron van eiwitten en calcium, ondersteunt botgezondheid en spierherstel. De romige vetten helpen bovendien vetoplosbare vitamines beter opnemen.
